Unwanted Goods will offer a full refund minus our postage costs within 14 days – No Nonsense, No Quibbles!.

You may exchange products for any reason for up to 30 days after purchase date as long as they are UN-USED & UN-OPENED. If you have ordered an item by mistake, or decided that you don’t want the item you may return it to us at your expense for an alternative product or refund within 30days.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty please return to our Customer Services Department as listed. Please provide a full description of the fault and return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories for a refund or replacement. offers a 90day replacement policy on all faulty goods.


If you have requested a refund, the money will be refunded by the method that was used to place your original order. A refund cannot be issued until has received the returned goods. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30days of the cancellation at we aim to make a refund within 14days.

How to return an item

If your item is faulty and has been used, please wash it & wrap it in a plastic sealed bag. Include a note with a full description of the fault, stating whether a refund or replacement is preferred. Please also include your name, address, postcode & order number if you know it (this can be found on your delivery note). Wrap the item securely & return it to us using the returns label on the delivery note.When returning an item please request a free certificate of postage from your post-office as “proof of postage”. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of a parcel being returned to us. Postage costs of unwanted goods will be down to the customer.This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Security

You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. Our parcels are delivered by a third party therefore we cannot guarantee a timed delivery. If you are not available to sign when the postman calls you will be left a card with details to arrange re-delivery or collection of your parcel. Our parcels are discreetly packaged. If you do not collect the parcel within 7 days it will be returned to us. Re-shipping the parcel will be charged at our normal shipping rate.

Sizing Corsets 

"Boned Corsets"

The size chart below is for the corsets in the "Boned corsets" category ONLY.The waist measurement is critical when sizing corsets, the garments are fully adjustable at the back so will fit any body shape provided your bust measurement (at the fullest part) is 4-14" greaterthan your waist measurement (if this is not the case please call our email our Customer Services Department). Please take the time to measure your waist, like shoe sizes dress sizes vary so are not an accurate indication of size. Taking the time to measure your waist may save a lot of hassle.


"Exclusive full steel boned" & "Heavy lacing" corsets

The size chart below is for the "Exclusive full steel boned", "Heavy lacing" & "Underbust corsets"  categories ONLY.We recommend that you purchase a corset 4-5" smaller than your natural waist measurement. For example if you have a 32" or 33" natural waist measurement we would recommend a 28" waist corset. Don't worry though, this doesn't mean that you will not be able to breathe. 28" around the waist is the smallest the corset will go but it is normal to wear the back open 3" so it will be comfortable. The toughest part of sizing corsets is the length. Please check the length of the corset you are interetsed in & try to think how this would look on you.
